The domains tab allows you to view or edit your chosen subdomain where your published storefront will be published and accessible.

MintFly Subdomains

All users are able to configure and use the MintFly subdomain of their choice for their storefront free of charge. Simply enter the subdomain you wish to use, we'll check if it's available and you're done.

Custom Subdomains

Want to use your own domain name? We support the ability to configure and use a custom subdomain linked to any domain you own or have access to - available for MintFly Boost users only.

Custom domains can be configured in a quick and easy 3 step process using our domain wizard within the sidebar editor. You can launch the domain configuration wizard by enabling the Configure Custom Domain option within the domains tab.

Step 1 - Select a domain

To get started setting up your custom domain with your MintFly Storefront, enter your preferred subdomain and click Continue

Example: rewards.mybrand.com

Step 2 - Configure DNS

To configure your custom domain, we'll need you or your system admin to connect our 2 CNAME records to your domain via your domain registrar.

The 2 CNAME records (name and value) will be displayed on screen during this stage. You can quickly copy these values using the copy icon button next to each field.

Once you have correctly added these CNAME records to your domain, click the Verify Domain button. This will take a few minutes to verify and test you have successfully configured your subdomain.

Note: We should be able to detect your CNAME records within 5-10 minutes of adding them, but in certain cases, it may take several hours depending on your domain registrar.

Step 3 - Go Live

You're all set! If you've made it to step 3, then we have been able to successfully configure your custom domain to your MintFly storefront and you are ready to go live.
