Viewing a contact

You can view individual contacts within MintFly for additional information on the contact user, their associated blockchain wallets, or minted collectibles. Additionally, you can edit their contact information or toggle their active/archived status.

Contact Information

Viewing individual contacts can provide you with additional information for the selected contact not previously displayed within the Contacts Manager. This includes the contact's full name, source information, associated blockchain wallets, and minted digital collectibles.

Details

The contact details tab features a section for general contact information and contact source information.

General information will display the contact's full name and email address and can be edited by clicking the Edit button located in the top right corner of the information widget.

The source information section displays the information about where this contact data came from, including the current status of the contact, information source, and when they were created.

Wallets

The contact wallets tab is useful for viewing all of the blockchain wallets that the contact has associated with MintFly. This section will continue to update as your contact interacts with your storefronts or airdrops.

You'll be able to view each wallet the contact has connected with MintFly, including the type of wallet (MetaMask, MintFly, WalletConnect), wallet address, and the blockchain network the wallet was connected on.

Collectibles

The collectibles tab can be used for viewing all of the digital collectibles the contact has minted with their associated wallets. This includes collectibles minted both within and outwith MintFly on the associated blockchain network.

Editing Contacts

You can edit a contact by clicking on the Edit button located within the general information section of the details tab to launch the sidebar editor.

From here, you'll be able to modify the contact's first name, last name, and email address - but will not be able to modify their status or created date. Once you've made the edits you want, you can click the Save button located in the sidebar footer to save your changes.

Toggling Contact Status

If you want to change the contact status, you can toggle between Archive and Active via the button located in the page header.

Deleting Contact

Additionally, you can delete a contact by clicking the Remove button located in the page header. This will delete all data stored for this contact within MintFly and cannot be undone.
