Contacts are used within MintFly for distributing your storefronts or collectibles via airdrops, and for tracking the users who claim or receive them. Contacts can be imported, created manually, or added automatically when users claim from your storefront.

Manually Creating Contacts

You can manually add new contacts within the Contacts Manager with just a first name, last name, and email address.

Contacts can be added by clicking on the Add button within the page header of the Contacts Manager page. This will launch the sidebar editor where you can specify the first name, last name, and email address for your contact, and then click the Add button located in the sidebar footer to create your new contact.

Importing Contacts

Contacts can be imported into MintFly from a file by clicking on the Import button within the page header to launch the import dialog.

From here, you can click or drag a file with the contacts that you wish to add to MintFly.

We support the following file types:

  • CSV

  • XLS

  • XLSX

  • XLSM

Note: Your contacts file must adhere to a strict column naming standard in order for us to read and process the data correctly.

Once you have uploaded your file, we will process it and update your Contacts Manager table with the imported contact data.

If something went wrong, you can go back and re-upload your file again.

Automatic Contact Creation

There are certain circumstances where we will automatically create a contact for you within MintFly.

This can occur when:

  • A user claims from your storefront but isn't already one of your contacts

  • You import contacts directly into a distribution list
