The MintFly storefront builder makes it easy for you to customise your storefront and view a live preview before you decide it's time to publish and go live.
The storefront builder is one of the most feature-rich components within all of MintFly and can appear almost daunting at first. We'll break down various aspects of it to help get you started and learn how to use or navigate it.
The storefront builder page header contains various details and buttons relating to your storefront. This header is only visible to you within the storefront builder, and will not be displayed on your live storefront.
On the left side, you can see the current name of your storefront, the subdomain link where your storefront will be visible (once live), and the current status of your storefront.
On the right, you'll find 2 device toggle buttons and 2 storefront action buttons. The device toggles buttons allow you to toggle between a desktop and mobile preview of your storefront to help you build a responsive storefront for all platforms.
Alongside these, we have an Edit
button and a Publish
button. Edit will allow you to enable edit mode, where you can build, design and modify all storefront content and configuration settings. The publish button is for when you are finished building your storefront and are ready to publish it live at your subdomain.
The storefront builder can operate as either a full-screen preview of your storefront, or in a split-screen layout when editing has been enabled. When in edit mode, any changes you make within the sidebar editor will be reflected immediately within the preview screen with our live preview feature.
