Cancelling your plan

If you are thinking of cancelling your subscription plan because it no longer meets your needs or you are running into issues, please contact our support team first - we would be happy to assist you.

If you still want to go ahead and cancel, you can do so any time by:

  1. Go to the Billing Overview page. From here, you can click on the Cancel plan button located within the current plan widget at the top of the page.

  2. We'll immediately process your cancellation and the current plan widget will update to reflect the date your subscription plan will expire.

Alternatively, you can cancel directly from Stripe.

Once you cancel your subscription plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period - but will not be renewed after this date.

Changed your mind?

If you change your mind before your plan expires, you can renew your plan by visiting the Billing Overview page and clicking the Renew button within the current plan widget. By clicking renew, you agree to re-enable your subscription which will now automatically renew at the end of the billing period.

If you change your mind after your subscription has expired, you will need to re-purchase your subscription plan again.
